LED lighting the rage in lighting design

LED (Light Emitting Diode) lighting is all the rage in lighting design and interiors, showing up in reading lamps at The Sharper Image, and in high end design. Having used it as specialty lighting in our Casa Concept, we have the inside on why to use LED and where, given it's steep price. This old technology promises to add a needed dimension to available green lighting.
