How to Consult With Us

• Pictures, floor plans, elevations, sketches, notes, magazine clippings, paint chips, finishes samples and description of your project or issues/questions should be sent in advance by email or slowmail to Casa Concept Inc., 3405 Amherst St. , Houston, TX 77005
• We  ask that you be prepared with notes, questions, pictures or drawings in front of you by the agreed upon time to place the phone call.
• We will place the phone call, at the agreed upon time, and it will be prepaid in 15 minute increments.
• To buy consultation time go to our showroom.
• Charges are for phone consulation only. Emails exchanged will not be billed. If there is a request by client for sketches, review of plans or elevations, or other tasks including research, a proposal for such services shall be sent, pre-approved, and pre-paid by client via showroom.
• Most initial consultations shall take 30 minutes.
